Drawing Plans. Designing Outcomes

Torres Design House was founded on a simple principle: great projects begin with thoughtful planning and clear communication. With more than 26 years of experience spanning civil, structural, and architectural drafting and design, we help transform ideas into practical, buildable solutions. From custom homes and additions to renovations, tenant improvements, and existing-building documentation, our focus is on creating coordinated construction documents that support successful projects from concept through construction.

What sets Torres Design House apart is a broad understanding of the entire building process. Our experience across multiple design disciplines provides a unique perspective that considers not only aesthetics, but also constructability, coordination, permitting requirements, and long-term project success. We believe good design is about more than producing drawings. It's about helping clients make informed decisions, solve problems early, and avoid costly surprises later in the process.

Whether working with homeowners, contractors, architects, or engineers, we approach every project with professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality. Our mission is to build lasting relationships through responsive service, practical solutions, and documentation that helps projects move confidently from vision to reality. After all, we're not just drawing plans. We're designing outcomes.
